would you please kindly speak with the family that lives in the first house off the alley on the corner not next to the library and let her know that she should STOP putting items in the alley that the city will pick up like her couch and the dryer she just threw away, we on Colorado have cleaned the alley several times and every time we do she throws something else out this is very upsetting because fall is here and soon will be soon and these items will still be there. The couch has been there (in the alley) since June. |
